I constantly wonder, as a stay-at-home mom, what can I do to giveback, to make a difference. Well, my question was answered last night with a phone call from my sweet sister, who told me about an auction to be given in honor of a young mother of four.
On Saturday August 16, 2008 Stephanie Nielson (Nie) was in a plane crash with her husband, Christian Nielson near St Johns, Arizona. They both remain in critical, but stable condition at the Maricopia Burn Center, where they await months of grafts and recovery.
I will be auctioning off this cute bundle of 2 charm packs and 1 jelly roll from the line Dandelion Girl. All the proceeds will go directly to the Nielsons medical fund. Please place your bid by leaving a comment with your bid amount in the comments section. Following the close of the auction (midnight Sunday, August 31) the winner will pay via the Stephanie and Christian PayPal account.
